Planning for a better tomorrow! As it gets towards the middle of the year, I take time out. The manic summer season is finally slowing down and I take time to have some holidays (and that relieves pressure from family) and secondly, I start reading again. Books and journals, magazines and papers and the best of TED talks are my comfort and enjoyment for relaxation over winter. But they are also an important part of my catch-up time; for learning and for planning and for setting new priorities for the next busy season.
In winter, planned projects are generally on hold until summer so I turn to my literary learning to set new goals and decide on priorities. I like to reflect on the past but what does a pandemic year teach us? Perhaps worse still is the uncertainty of the future with man made warming temperatures and Tyrants (cowards in high places) causing havoc and destruction to markets and peoples. But I always get enthused after reading and setting new goals and planning new projects.
I would love to talk with you if you are looking at opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiencies, lower risks in the water space. My (and WSS) insights may help and you can plan for a better future. Regards Jack
